Archer Type Specimen Book
This is a type specimen book showcasing the intricate details that make up the typeface Archer. This typeface is comprised of approachable yet sophisticated forms that express its playful and independent nature. This personality is much like that of the princess from the Pixar movie Brave. Therefore I incorporated the story, and visual language of Brave to display Archer. The princess Merida in Brave is a playful and headstrong woman who bends the rules. Archer stretches the traditional definition of a slab serif by adding spirited ball terminals. This correlation goes hand in hand when visually representing the characters.
